Retail is my passion.  

 

The energy, the challenge, the constant evolution to exceed today's client needs and anticipate what they'll want tomorrow. For 25 years, that passion has driven everything I do.

My journey through Risk Management, Performance, and Operations leadership taught me something powerful: the talent behind operations organizations is untapped profit potential. A pragmatic vision can show them how their daily work drives revenue, protects margin, and delivers value to your clients.

That's where my fire comes from. I see operations associates working hard, completing tasks, but not realizing they're profit generators. I see teams operating in silos when collaboration could multiply their impact.
