About Me.

My passion for service and solution building began during my time at Florida Atlantic University, where I earned my B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. Upon graduation, I combined 6 years of specialty retail experience with my degree and joined big-box high-end retail, where I began a new retail career path in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection. My experience in risk management organically evolved into a keen focus on business operations, where I strengthened my ability to minimize financial waste and maximize profits while ensuring businesses exceed brand expectations in response to evolving consumer needs, thus integrating operations with business performance.
Leading alongside leaders, and prioritizing people in the retail space make my approach team-centric and collaborative in nature.
